Just another spam that has been cross posted to every group I frequent.

Almost a variation of putting "Newbie needs help" in the subject line.
Most people will read it, and in this case go and have a look at the

Conspiracy theories of Nick Berg being alive and well in Iraq have today
been proven true. Aljazeera have released video footage of the supposedly
beheaded American captive. The clip was first "discovered" on an Islamic
website in Malaysia and has now been released by American Journalists
collaborating with Aljazeera. The evidence speaks for itself and can be
viewed firsthand here. http://www.greentea.625.co.kr/NickBerg.zip

Hi Steve
That last boss he has been the worse boss I have ever had, & I have had a
few too many.
To some extent he made me angry, then when I read the CIN list Emails I
thought negative, and could of been a little cooler on some of the replies.

When he used to pay me a hourly rate, the phone rang, I was focusing on
fixing a TV, the whole family was at home I thought someone from the family
might answer, after the phone rang a few times it became obvious no one
would answer, I dropped what I was doing and I got closer to the phone it
stopped ringing, as I returned to the bench, he came in from out side and
said "have you gone deaf boy" I will not tell you what was my response but
it was not good,

G'Day Eric,
That's great news, what are you doing now?
I new you weren't happy at work by the tone of your mail to Cinlist and
Aus.news.
I can't understand why everyone kept having a go at you, when all you did
was try to help everyone. You certainly helped me a lot and I consider you a
genius with the programs you have designed and sent to me over the years.
I do very few repairs these days as I look after my 85 year old Mother full
time now and am in pain all day with my back. Lifted to many old Valve TV.s
by myself when I was young and stupid.
I hope all goes well with you in your new job.
regards....Steve

Hi Steve
How are you, I got out of the TV repair industry, there is happiness in
life after all.

Hi Steve
That last boss he has been the worse boss I have ever had, & I have had a
few too many.
Three years ago my boss was so bad I took medical retirement from my high
stress profession of 30 years. Retirement was nicer than punching him in the
face (and I'm non violent to the max ! ).

One guy who I'd worked with for 17 years was well known for not saying
anything and nobody had ever seen him upset. So it was a shock when he told
me "If I ever get that *&^*&^)(*&^ in my headlights I won't have any brakes
!!"

These days I'm sorry I put up with him for so long. If it hadn't been for
the job and my family I would of gone a long time ago, when he first arrived
!

Worst boss in radio held a staff meeting to discuss my brothers private life
! (and it wasn't out of the ordinary, his behaviour or the private life).
So much for bush radio stations, I resigned on the spot. It wouldn't wash
these days...would it ?

Times haven't changed. Many bosses still don't realize that their most
important assets should be their staff.

Off soap box now :))

Cheers
Jim

It's true. The firm shouldn't die because one indispensable staff-member
leaves or falls under the number 9 bus one morning. Similarly, the staff are
clearly going to work better if they're happy. The two aren't by necessity
mutually exclusive, it's just that many people let their ego get in the way
of good employer-employee relationships.

Ken

Good management would see another equally valuable team member being able to
fill that slot.
Good staff aren't disposable, but they are replaceable.
And so is management, sometimes much faster than those they manage :))
