What makes you think there would be a heat sink designed for the ATV package? It
is just a proprietary plastic transistor package devised by ROHM for higher
power devices than would normally be housed in a typical TO92 or TO 226 package.

It is difficult to imagine how they can get these devices to handle continuous
currents of 5A or more in a plastic package smaller than a TO92 without a

Since the ATV package doesn't have a mounting tab or hole you can bet your life
there is no heatsink made for it. Consequently, you will have to fabricate some
method of clamping it to a suitable heatsink if it is required to dissipate more
heat than it is designed to do.
