Cursitor Doom always believes what Breitbart, ZeroHedge and Russia Today tell him. They are so much more reliable than the main stream media at getting things wrong in a way that appeals to Cursitor Doom.

I guess it isn\'t as straight forward as one would think. Rittenhouse might be considered a public figure. That makes
it tougher to collect.

There are few primary news sources, ones near the actual event. Most
reporters get their news from other reporters. So as a story is
filtered through, say, 10 prejudiced levels, it drifts.

That suggests that the longer the time delay from event to report, the
more distortion is likely. Roughly 12 hours per filtering step?
