OT: I was suddenly struck with a thought (POLITICAL)

For some reason, over lunch, I was suddenly struck with an idea of why
the Eurotrash want to castigate the USA no matter what we do...

The Eurotrash have always been fond of blaming someone else for their
woes.

In the late thirties it was the Jews.

Today that's not politically correct (though I suspect the Eurotrash
still think that way), so they attack the USA instead.

So I guess we need to watch our backsides, or it will be the furnaces
for us also :-(

Watch it! Most of us ARE Eurotrash. Except for Native Americans and
emigrants from Africa and Asia, the majority of us descended from
European stock.

Although later arrivals came with more respectable credentials, the
original settlers were in fact the 'trash' from Europe, coming here as
an option to the gallows back home.

Given US past history, you would do better to watch your fellow countrymen
.... and immigrants!

Or just watch TeeVee instead of Trolling ...

Oh, cut them some slack, Jim. For thousands of years thay lived in a
culture defined by warfare. They "claimed" most of the surface of the
planet and preceded to exterminate or enslave all the "savages" they
found there. They started two World Wars and dragged us into both of
them. Then they needed our money to rebuild from the rubble and they
needed our armies to keep the Soviets out. What else could they do to
maintain their self-respect but forget their past and their debts, and
become haughty sophisticates?

That's funny. I don't know about other European countries, but every
non-tabloid German newspaper has at least one full page of international
news, each day.

of the San Francisco Chronicle and the New York Times.

In the case of the US most of the slaughter of "savages" occurred
after you'd thrown the Brits out.
