How many of your own in Afghanistan have you killed recently ?
Our ground forces don't call in air support on positions within 150
yards of our position.
Funnily enough, the RAF don't bomb British troops.
Does the RAF have ANY bombing missions at all?

Grow up, pussy. Your guys asked for help, and gave coordinates that
were close enough to be a problem for them. It turns out that it was a
problem. This happens when the enemy you are fighting (or begging to be
saved from) are so close to you that bombing them poses a proximity
problem for you men as well.

Just so you know, after one calls the fire mission in, and the planes go
over... that's when you are supposed to duck.

You're an idiot. Just so you know, dumbfuck, the same targeting
electronics are used by both.

All this really means is that the RAF does not get hazardous bombing
missions to begin with.

Funny... when your boys were in need of a fire mission to quell the

Germans, no. It was the Japanese who DID invade Alaska. It lasted a very

Why do you continue to make blanket statements like that? In 1941 the Fleet
Air Arm torpedoed the HMS Sheffield when trying to hunt down the Bismarck.
In 1942 the HMS St. Albens sunk a polish sub. In 1944 a Brittish British
flotilla was attacked by RAF Hawker Typhoons, off Cap d'Antifer, Le Havre.
HMS Britomart and HMS Hussar sunk. HMS Salamander damaged beyond repair and
scrapped. Just ripped that stuff out of the wiki. I know that's not much
of an authoritative source, but I suspect these things are likely true since
no one has changed or erased it from the wikipedia. BTW, nice job in the
Falklands with at least three major occurences of friendly fire including
shooting down one of your own AAC Gazelles. I think the hour long
fire-fight involving artillery and other "heavy" weapons between two
companys warrants a special mention. How long did that "war" last anyway?

All of you idiots making stupid remarks about wikipedia not being
reliable are complete and utter retards. Nearly ALL entries carry
reference data at the bottom of the page. If you had ANY clue, you could
easily discern between any questionable pages, and those that are 100%
reliable and accurate.

Try these if you want a good example:

Are you such a moron you think the pilot eyeballs the bomb release? It
is obviously a case of the British calling in the wrong coordinates.
They're supposed to call in the enemy position and not their own. If it
was a case of mistaken identity all 60 British troops would have been
cremated.

If one is within 200 yards of a 500 Lb bomb hit, one has a very good
chance of not having a very good day.

WTF is your problem? I didn't slam the wiki, I only said that "it's not
much of an authoritative source". Like it or not, it's not recognized as a
"truly authoritive source" like say "The Encyclopedia Brittanica" or
something along those lines. Sure there's lots of accurate information on
the wiki, but it's also very much a playground for revisionists and other
people with other agenda. Just because someone writes something down,
doesn't automatically make it a fact. Take a pill, calm down and try get
over it.

Not at all. Our military can break things and kill folks probably
better than anybody, (After all, we learned how to by breaking the
Hun's back and also by vaporizing the Japs) but it seems that the
problem you've got red-ass about was that you lot couldn't identify
yourselves as friendlies, so you got zapped.

ISTR something about that you draped yourselves with orange tarps or
something like that and expected them to be your shields. The bad
guys could have done the same thing, so what you really should have
had was IFF transponder.

Or, you might have tried draping yourselves in American flags...
