But, WAIT! NOAA predicted an ABOVE AVERAGE hurricane season with 14 to 21 named storms, including three to six major hurricanes. So, you climate alarmists have a LONG WAY TO GO!!!!

What was actually said was that there a was a likely range of between 14 and 21 storms - 65% chance - and a 10% chance of a below-normal season.
