An 82s31 is an 8 input digital multiplier. Could you mean
82s131?

Hiya!

That's not a number that I recognise, and it's not on the Data I/O list,
which usually does everything. Are you sure of the part number?

Yours, Mark.

82S131 are DIP16 512 x 4 TTL proms. I have a few chips left (<5) for
repairing the PROM cards used in an AXE Exchange. Jameco list them
for
$6.95 qty 1
$4.95 qty 10 in my 2002 catalog.
It is also equilvalent to 74S571.

Allen.

Hiya!

Mark Capps (catfishh@bellsouth.net) has the AM27S13DC ceramic ones of
those for $1.50 each in qty. He's a good source for a lot of the common
PROMs, they're all known blank, and good prices too.

Yours, Mark.
