That's not a number that I recognise, and it's not on the Data I/O list,
which usually does everything. Are you sure of the part number?

82S131 are DIP16 512 x 4 TTL proms. I have a few chips left (<5) for
repairing the PROM cards used in an AXE Exchange. Jameco list them
for
$6.95 qty 1
$4.95 qty 10 in my 2002 catalog.
It is also equilvalent to 74S571.
