Which conference or publication is to publish my paper as so

Hi,

I want to know if there is a nearest conference to be held on topics related to HDL (Hardware Description Language) if my paper is delivered within one or two weeks and permitted by the conference.

And I want to know which publication has a shortest deliver-to-publish period.
