I want to get a couple or more of these 64Mbit SDRAM chips, TSSOPII 54 pin
package, 166MHz speed. I am in Sydney, Australia. If you have a couple to
spare please let me know. Normal suppliers have either no stock or huge
MOQ's. Just need a few more for prototyping. Other manufacturers parts are:
GLT5640L16-6TC (Glink) or W986416DH-6 (Winbond)
