In order to prove that Bertrand Sindri went in for nym-shifting, John Doe would have to have identified as case where the same poster had posted under another nym.

He hasn\'t even gone to the trouble of identifying some other name that the poster might have used so his claim that Bertrand Sindri goes in for nym-shifting is a totally unsupported assertion.

That\'s what logic looks like. John Doe doesn\'t produce anything that even looks even vaguely like logic.

One would hope so. John Larkin does seem to get a lot of flattery in real life - if we are to judge from his reactions to unflattering responses here - but sycophants are menace . Putin seems to have rather more of them than has been good for the Ukraine, and it has left a lot of Russian soldiers dead and injured.

What is your problem? Are you this obnoxious in real life? Probably so.

Probability means you just made a statistical claim. I\'m arguably correct, but that\'s not the same as being obnoxious.

John Larkin\'s reaction to not being given the flattery he feels he deserves does demonstrate that he finds non-sycophantic behavior obnoxious.

John Larkin doesn\'t read my posts - or so he claims - so one has to wonder how he found this out. It\'s not my impression of what I post, but I am used to robust discussion.

John Larkin does seem to expect to be flattered whenever he is mentioned, and he may find the absence of that flattery insulting. Other people might be less worried by it.
So Doe does get some claim to the title \"most energetic troll\". It will clearly get claim to the title \"most mindless troll\".
John Larkin\'s posts here about climate change are all straight climate change denial propaganda. This may be spamming - rather than trolling - but it does insult the intelligence of this group.

Flyguy may think so. It was an assertion about all my posts, and to that extent specific. But I do post on a variety of topics, a number of them involving electronics, which Flyguy knows nothing about and doesn\'t find interesting enough to read, let alone respond to. That does make his claim a vague genenralisation about stuff he knows nothing about, which pretty much covers most of his output anyway.
