SVideo to Cat5 keystone jack adapter?

Hi!

I'm looking for an SVideo connector that fits into a keystone wallplate and
allows Cat5 cable to be punched onto it. I've seen the adapters, but can't
find anyplace to order.

Basically, I'm running Svideo jacks to a couple locations in my basement and
I already have a ton of Cat5e cabling that I want to take advantage of.

Does anyone know where I could order some of these jacks? Preferably in
Canada?
