sram chips with the same pinout as eprom

Hello

I'm looking for some SRAM chips with the same pinout as eprom chips.

Does anyone know if there exists such SRAM chips?
And where can I buy them?

They need to replace a tms27c010a eprom. I have a battery DIP socket that is
going to be between the PCB and the SRAM chip.

for a 2716 you can put a 6116 (2k, 24 pins). From memory there was an 8k
SRAM with 28 pins in standard EPROM format available too - but the part
number escapes me; probably 6264 I think...

Dallas DS1220 (2k x 8) and DS1225 (8k x 8) are SRAMs with battery backup built in.
