If you go to the site in question and click on 'rate this blog' you come
to another screen that allows you to report the blog as spam.
And a few ratings of '1' won't hurt either!

of the first page, on the right margin. Look for a vote thing. Don't

My Blog' above it. On the next page served, look on the right margin for
"Rate This Blog". That won't work either if the first one doesn't, but
