Source for Medium / High Power HF (3-30 MHz) Bipolar Transi

Is there a search engine that would help me locate sources for the subject
line type of transistors? I find myself calling up datasheet after datasheet
from long transistor lists hoping to find what I am looking for.

Does anyone on the newsgroup dabble in HF (3-30 MHz)?

Any help much appreciated.

Paste this into a google search:

http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=30+MHz+power+transistor&
ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

Also, RF Parts is a good source.

I have a fistful of PT6690's. 5W @ 400MHz. I'm sure they will be OK at
3-30 MHz. They are date coded 74XX. If you're interested, reply to this
newsgroup.

Sounds good for QRP rigs I'm working on Al Are you interested in selling
them?

Thanks.

Thanks Don. Your Google search query netted me several good suppliers. I
guess my search query "HF Power transistors" was a little broad.

Thanks again.
