SMD markings

I have a SMD device of footprint SOT23-5 and the marking is 61 and a
horizontal 1. What could the IC be?? HELP HELP!

Toshiba RN49A5 has a '61' marking, but 6pins on a smaller body size
than SOT23 (2mm vs 2.9mm). Some other smd parts with that marking have
a 3 or 4-pin body.
