seeking RF amplifier module

I'm looking for an RF amplifier module that can deliver
2 to 3 watts into 50 ohms, over a 20 to 80MHz (or 120
or 150MHz...) range. Variable gain isn't required, but
would be a plus. My budget price is $100 but higher
is OK. I'll get 5 pieces to start, more if necessary.

Hey, Win! Ten-four, good buddy! Are you going into the CB biz?
(just kidding.)

Run off 12VDC, or 28VDC? The guys on alt.radio.pirate deal with these
kinds of things and the dealers who sell them. You might check there.

Motorola has a module like this I believe. It is a piece
of aluminum with an epoxy block on one side. Sticking out
of the epoxy are several pins for hooking it up. I had an
old 2 meter mobile that used this system.
Yes, I used to use these, and have datasheets for some of
them in an old engineering catalog. They weren't bad at
all, but sadly they've long been discontinued.
