my student urgently needs Motorola DSPB56362PV100 (or 120) signal
processor plus 128Kx24bit SRAM (Cypress CY7C1024AV33-12AC or ISSI
IS61LV12824-12TQ [other speed grades are also good] ).

Please, help - distributors could not sell less than 60 pcs., but we
need just 1-2.
