Neither do you.

Lawyers are only interested when the defendent
has millions of $$$ in the bank.

The people who make these devices are too small
for lawyers to bother with.

They can hire Bob Villa to front for them; how small potatoes is
that?

I looked at some of their Amazon offerings. They sell a lot of stuff
- and the reviews are about 50:50

A chemist, physicist, and a lawyer should be able to team up and wrest a
settlement from these guys.

OK I've got a silly question, how the 'bleep' do they get the coil
around the pipe?
There appears to be some sort of connector at the back.

Near as I can tell, the report is fake. Looking up the contract
number I find
this report "http://www.dtic.mil/cgi-bin/GetTRDoc?AD=AD0755820" which
is titled
"Effects of High Power Lasers, No. 2, July 1971 -- December 1972."

That's interesting!
Anyone else care to add to Marc's research.
I'm on my boat, and can't get his link to load.
Thanks, Mikek

I needed to do a "save link as" to get the
document (a 6.2MB PDF) to download correctly.
