Hi all,
I've to do same simulation whit "Ansoft Designer SV".
I must use the transistor START405 (STmicroelectronics) @ 2,5 GHz, but, the
problem is that on datasheet there isn't "S" parameters at 2,5 GHz. How can
I find they?
