I've noticed that whenever you are on the losing side of a discussion (which is frequent, by the way), you endeavor to unreasonably restrict the confines of the discussion to some myopic, often irrelevant, fringe detail.

I'll admit I'm a "little curious" as to the extent of your actual knowledge of bomb regulation. I predict it is preciously little and perhaps entirely based on your imagination of what it ought to be, with a healthy dose of influence from Hollywood movies.

It is not at all surprising that you would find something so "logical" as to preclude all argument to the contrary, about a subject matter you likely know nothing about.
