If the practices of New Age International Publishers are anything like
those of Wiley & Sons, they will likely limit distribution of solution
manuals for their textbooks to only teachers or educational
institutions. Wiley & Sons uses that practice to prevent students from
buying the solution manuals so that they can cheat on their homework.
You may need to present the request to the publisher using official
letterhead from an approved institution.
