Replace 2sD 1804 with c5705 and Collector power Dissipation,

I could not find a local shop that sells 2sd 1804 transistor, i can
only find 2sc5707 transistor.

The D1804 has a 20W Collector Dissipation,PD.
The C5707 has a 15w Collector Dissipation,PD.

what's the rule for replacing transistor in inverter?
Does the Collector Dissipation have to larger than the original one?
What 's the Collector Dissipation,PD? Is it meant the max power that
the transistor can draw without damaging itself?

Yes. While you might get by with the lower one by clamping it on a bigger
heatsink, in inverters they alreay use beefy heatsinks, so go higher if you
can. Doing that might cost the makers money enough to make them not want to
do that but for one-off repair it's a good idea. Make sure you know why the
first ones burnt out though, or next time something else might give way if
the transistors are stronger.
