You've got a at least two problems with this.
First, you need ink that won't etch away.
Second, you need a way to feed thick stiff stuff thru the printer.

Something like specialized printer for printing directly on CDs
might work...if you can find suitable ink.

Suggest you use a flatbed plotter instead.

You can print the layout on high gloss paper then iron it on to the
board. This sounds kinda kooky but works WAY better than you might
think. Here is an example board made with that method.

Just an iron and some high gloss photo paper is all you need. Std
ferric chloride to etch and you can still get this a Radio Shack. Add
vibrating agitator or aquraium bubbler to increase etching speed. A
small hobby motor hotglued to the etching tub with a small ofset
weight on the shaft will make the tube vibrate and it should etch
faster for you.
