I'm looking for a (OEM) powersupply for controlling a DC motor with a tacho.

The specs are:
0 .. 24V
max 90 A
preferable powered from 3-phase mains
distributer in Europe (Netherlands)

Can anyone give me some manufacturers / distributers?

thanks,
Stef Mientki

Have you asked Philips?

Do you want the output controlled by the tacho through the PSU or just a basic
variable voltage PSU?

A decent constant voltage power supply should do that OK, and most have variable
outputs that could be modded to give the full range.

We do a standard charger with that output (29V 100A) with smoothing etc., but we
use controlled thyristor technology and they are very heavy (main customers are
the railways) so it might be worth looking into banked SMPS ?

Google for "Fenner Controls" to get started.
