Power Amp Anti Oscillation Measures

I've built a bridged amp from 2 TDA2003s from the data sheet. When I
power it up, it buzzes and heats the ICs upto egg-cooking temperature.
From what I have heard, this is due to internal oscillation and I need
to filter it out wiht an RC filter. Any pointers?

First you need to make sure it is oscillating, do some tests.

Are you sure it is simply, you have not filtered your power source? Maybe
you are getting the 60 hz ripple on your power supply, especially if you are
useing a wall pack to power it.
