There\'s no need to attack the nuke plants. The electric supply is what they wish to cut off. That can be done by attacking the power lines. There\'s no need to attack the nuke plants. The electric supply is what they wish to cut off. That can be done by attacking the power lines. Fighting around the nuke plants is very dangerous and can lead to radioactive contamination of a large area. But I suppose Putin doesn\'t care. It\'s not his country... yet.

He was more a satirist than a comedian, and his satire was pointed enough to get him elected as the replacement for the guy he was satirising.
And he has got a legitimate point - it\'s really stupid to shell a nuclear plant, because you never know what you might hit, and the down-side of hitting precisely the wrong thing is a lot radio-active waste getting into the local environment.
John Doe hasn\'t really got it into his head that nuclear plants are potential disaster areas of a particularly nasty sort. He thinks that the Germans are insane because they got the message broadcast by Fukushima, which doesn\'t seem to have been notice by John Doe (who doesn\'t seem to be all that sane.himself).
