judging her based on evidence to date is perhaps insincere.

Perhaps she or her family was threatened?

Perhaps she fell for a sob story and the person is guilt as sin?

Perhaps she is just a decent human being trying to help someone who was
being railroaded?

Perhaps she is a lunatic who lets everyone off the hook? (I doubt that!)

the DA demanded that ICE hand over an illegal alien with a long rap
sheet, a guy who has been deported FIVE times,
so that they could try him on drug charges. ICE did, requesting
that when they were done with him, they notify ICE so they could take
him back. Once they had the skunk, SF dropped the drug charges, then
followed their BS sanctuary city process, didn't notify ICE and just
let him go. A few weeks later he murdered Kate Steinle in broad daylight
on the tourist piers. The skunk lied, denying being there, then saying
he was shooting at seals, finally he came up with another story claiming
to have found the gun laying there on the pier. Sure, a gun, that had
been stolen from a car weeks earlier, just happens to be there on the
tourist pier. Reality is the scum likely stole it. And he claims he
picked it up and it just happened to go off. Sure. But the stupid lib
jury bought it all and acquitted him. And then they claim they did nothing
wrong there, no one lost their job, no policy changes, it was just all
A-OK and good.

And when the GOP sponsored Kate's Law, which would provide for a mandatory
5 year prison sentence for any illegal felons, who once deported come back

Escobar, six times deported, multiple felony convictions. ICE tried to
deport him again but an immigration judge stopped it. So then Escobar
murdered his aunt and uncle in Houston before fleeing to sanctuary
state California. There he became an undocumented undertaker,
murdering at least four more people and seriously wounding others. He
bludgeoned them with a baseball bat and bolt cutters. I guess that's
California's way of getting rid of homeless people, and others (like a
fisherman) who occasionally slept outside. One website has the gory
story of his confession about killing his aunt and uncle. Capital
murder charges in both places. They should strap him to a table and
trap a bullet ant on his body, like inside of goggles, repeated daily,
until he agrees to be put down (or stops affirming that he wants to
live).

Clearly they need to enforce immigration laws. But also they should enforce assault, weapons and murder laws. What exactly is the difference??? Why so emphatic about immigration as opposed to enforcing other laws as well? There are plenty of people walking the streets who should be behind bars but for one reason or another aren't and will continue to commit crimes. Why the big focus on immigration laws?

We are mostly enforcing those other laws. There are some exceptions,
mostly in cities like Chicago, Baltimore and Detroit, run for decades
by DEMCOCRATS. There crime is out of control and losers like Rahm
Emanuel won't do what needs to be done to stop it.

What we are not enforcing is immigration law, because DEMOCRATS are
doing everything they can to block it. Cuomo, he called ICE thugs
and ordered NY police not to cooperate. Gilibrand, she called for
the elimination of ICE. The Democrats in Congress won't fund a wall,
a fence. Yet in 2007, Schumer, Feinstein, Obama, Hillary, Biden and
a long list of DEMOCRATS voted for 700 miles of double steel fencing,
saying it was needed to keep illegal aliens out. Now when Trump asks
for it, they say it's "immoral". The DEMOCRATS have created sanctuary
cities and states! And you have the balls to complain that the laws
aren't being enforced? Trump rounds some up for deportation, they
run into a church with DEMOCRATS one after the other, saying how awful
it is that ICE is deporting them.





There are plenty of people walking the streets who should be behind bars but for one reason or another aren't and will continue to commit crimes. Why the big focus on immigration laws?

I don't only blame the Democrats, but they are the core of the whole
problem. They refuse to build a wall, they've created sanctuary cities,
sanctuary states. They have offered NOTHING to try to stop the 135K
that bum rushed the border last month.

forth a plan for comprehensive immigration reform, he doesn't lead,

Another recent example that has been mostly overlooked... Ramon
Escobar, six times deported, multiple felony convictions. ICE tried to
deport him again but an immigration judge stopped it. So then Escobar
murdered his aunt and uncle in Houston before fleeing to sanctuary
state California. There he became an undocumented undertaker,
murdering at least four more people and seriously wounding others. He
bludgeoned them with a baseball bat and bolt cutters. I guess that's
California's way of getting rid of homeless people, and others (like a
fisherman) who occasionally slept outside. One website has the gory
story of his confession about killing his aunt and uncle. Capital
murder charges in both places. They should strap him to a table and
trap a bullet ant on his body, like inside of goggles, repeated daily,
until he agrees to be put down (or stops affirming that he wants to
live).

For people like him, the Democrats have sanctuary cities and states.

guess reason is because it was unethical if not illegal, asking the
public for cash donations to a judge (to do with her illegal
courtroom practices), most of the donations coming from her
judgeship town residents. An example of legal (mis)understanding in
Massachusetts.

Maybe she can get the Superior Court to reinstate her on-leave
salary, since judges are above the law (according to at least the

the judge watched a free (not under arrest) defendant leave by a back door,

court recorder to be turned off so they could secretly make plans to
help the fugitive escape. That's clearly ILLEGAL in many ways. Being
a judge does not put it above the law.

That's why the Superior Court suspended it without pay. That's why
it's gofundme page is stuck at less than 1/10 of its goal.

Here we have a silly poster saying a defendant is "free" because it
is "not under arrest". It might be faking it, but the idiot sure is

The big clue here, is that 'suspended' is NOT punishment, it isn't a criminal charge,
nor a fine, and does not give this judge a hearing before a court.. It's
an administrative step only, and that looks like a challenge to the independence of
the judiciary branch from political influence.

Fugitive was in court, but not in law enforcement custody, didn't escape custody,
and the judge doesn't usually arrest defendants, nor did this judge do so.
