I read in sci.electronics.design that Jim Thompson

I have to go in and discuss treatment with my Doc, but I gather
there's
not much you can do except up your fiber intake.

A medical student I used to know recommended standing on your head.
Permanently. (;-) Medical students have a whole galaxy of such radical
treatments.
No wonder he sees the world in a different way! ;-)

I have to go in and discuss treatment with my Doc, but I gather
there's not much you can do except up your fiber intake.

Fibers, fibers and fibers (Fruit, juice, vegetables). Dump the white
bread.
Reduce wine intake if > 3 glasses/day. Start the day with a
reasonable
breakfast. And try to walk. And don't let your house doctor lull you
into
believing you have a summer flew, when you have severe belly pain.
And
go the toilet, when you feel the urge, don't delay, not even a
minute,
which is difficult when having fun at the computer.

Above 'rules' are all equally important.

How big are the glasses of wine ?:)
Reminds me of my dad: doctor said three spoonfuls of wine a day, only
for medicinal purposes. So he started using a soup ladle!

Hey, dumbo. I think you mean "Res ispa loquitur" - better stick to
electronics if you don't want to make a fool of yourself.

I think you will find that someone with my qualifications can
make a fool of themselves in *many* diciplines.

No, "ipsi". From the Latin spoken in western Italy close to the Spanish
border. Or is that "boarder"?

Wrong again, I live in western Italy. They don't speak Latin here, the
Spanish border is 10hrs by train away. We have some Latin speaking people in
the north, also in Switzerland (Raeto-Romanic), but I'm not familiar with
these languages.

Hi Ban- Is Western Italy where the guys from Hollywood used
to make the so-called "Spaghetti Westerns"? (Smiles)

I always thought we had to go thru France to get to Spain,
except perhaps by boat.

No Latin in westeren Italy? That sounds like a good place to live. No
Latin means no lawyers and that would make western Italy a very good place.

?

There is no Italy / Spanish border unless you disregard France and Monaco. I
suppose disregarding France is usually an acceptable option to us Englishmen
but in terms of geographical explanations probably not so good.
