Huh? East Germany says otherwise! Berlin wall came down in 1989.

So what?
That\'s possibly true, but there hasn\'t been a test of that principle, and
Putin can\'t confirm it, or anything; he\'s a facile liar.
How do we know that? Until the Russian people are told that the
\'special military operation\' is a war to eradicate Ukraine as a nation,
their attitude is uninformed folly, based on the officialdom\'s propoganda.
If you go by passports, there\'s lots of born-in-Ukraine folk who are
Russians, and also lots of born-in-Ukraine folk who want NATO closer.
the rest of Europe, mainly EU nowadays, is how I\'d end that sentence. Don\'t
know what \'success\' means here.

As Henry Kissinger and other world renowned diplomats know... Russia will
not tolerate NATO aggression into that territory.

The resistance isn\'t just \"Putin and his army\", it\'s the Russian people
too.

Maybe Russia\'s success in the face of Western sanctions is the fault of
Putin being contrasted with stuff like...

Western Ukraine was pro-Nazi Germany and was allied with Germany in

Cherry-picking a few facts that fit a \'war in Ukraine is opposition to
Nazis\' conclusion? You should also note that Stalin\'s USSR was allied
with Germany in World War II, in the invasion of Poland...
The answer lies in Google search,...
allintext:Ukraine Azov battalion
Azov - Urban Dictionary
Shorthand for the Azov Battalion (a neo-nazi paramilitary group in
Ukraine), named after the Sea of Azov.
So, it\'s not Western Ukraine at all, nor \'since WWII\', but some fringe group that organized this century,
and adopted some neo-nazi ideas. Battalion strength, not half a nation (and not
politically active, just... part of the fight against Russia\'s invasion).
Nazis fought to conquer other countries, and their intellectual descendants are
Putin and his army.
