and healthy eardrums). Sometimes there are big boom sounds that correspond
with the shooting. It might be increasing. Damn.

I\'m seeing those flashes currently on the Odessa webcam. Looks like
someone some distance away trying to hit the camera with a laser

What the Russians seem to be trying to do is to take over the whole country.. They\'ve not yet managed to occupy a major city, and seem to have lost quite a few troops and tanks where they\'ve tried. I definitely think more highly of the Ukraine than I do of Putin\'s Russia, but my affection isn\'t strong enough to be called love.

Zelensky has made the Ukraine less corrupt that it was, and quite a bit less corrupt than Putin\'s Russia - the Ukranian goverment hasn\'t gone in for assassinating anybody yet, while Putin has made a habit of it, so it is easy to justify the preference.
