You should try to remember who it was that started off all this OT (I'm
gonna sue you) crap in the first place. Try checking out the mirror in the
mornings.

Mike Harding has already given you all the details (and more) that you need
to pursue a legal action against him. If you are indeed as correct and
determined as you make out you are, (and if you aren't just pissing in the
wind), why have you spent so much time threatening him that you will sue him
if you aren't prepared to follow through with the action?

I am sure that most people would extend some credibility to your claims if
you actually did what you say you are going to. Failing to action your
threats only reinforces the belief that you are indeed a newsgroup troll
that has nothing else better to do than post OT garbage to newsgroups and
make a general nuisance of yourself.

Going to the small expense and trouble to take out a summons against Mr.
Harding is nothing too difficult to do to put Mike's claims to the test.
If, as you have suggested Clayton Utz do not act for or on behalf of Mr.
Harding you will expect to receive a letter from them indicating so. If
you then want to discredit Mr. Harding you can easily do so by scanning a
copy of the letter you receive back from Clayton Utz denying that they act
on behalf of Mike and upload it up on you own webspace and place a link to
that document in this newsgroup for everyone to see for themselves.

By taking up this suggestion you have nothing to lose (except a few dollars
and a bit of your time) and everything to gain. If everything is as you
claim it is, we acknowledge you were right and you get to conclusively prove
that Mike is full of the proverbial brown stuff.
