Oil as an Insulator

Hi!

Looks like a switch was opened on the 3 phases but the current didnt
want to disconnect. Gotta be in the megavolts?
Thanks! But what were those things that appeared to be "moving back"?

I had to slow the video down a few times to figure it out myself. At
firsdt it looked like on of the arms was melting, but it's rotating
away from the viewer. There are three sets of switch arms and the
arms rotate open - think drawbridge on its side.
