No judgment, just forgiveness and guidance

As shown before, they are not even teachings.

The world is divided into (1) those being saved, and (2) those not
being saved. All of (2) will either at some point later be moved
to (1) or remain where they are.

But you are not only option. People from (2) could also, for example, become Muslims, join the Holy War as Martyrs, blow to shits nearest McDonalds while eating their last McChicken and end up in ethernal orgy with 72 virgins.

To name just one of many alternatives.

But the cold, hard reality is,
there are some people who will not be saved no matter how much you
teach them.

You are not talking about real world but afterlife - out of this world.
So, there is no such "cold, hard reality" you speak of. Reality belongs to this world.

I have told Rick countless times that he does not /teach/, and given

You speak on non-authority, David. You are unaware of people who have
contacted me privately regarding the encouragement they have by my
witness.

If there are such people, they wisely do not post such encouragement in
unrelated technical Usenet groups. And if they say that what you do in
these groups (in your off-topic posts) is "teaching", then they are as
wrong as you are.

I /do/ speak as an authority here - I have seen enough of your posts to
know that what you write is not "teaching" in any sense of the word.
And I have seen enough complaints about your posts in public, and
occasionally in private, to know that you are /not/ encouraged to behave
in this way by any regular member of any of the technical newsgroups I
follow. If there really are people who have privately emailed you to
say that they appreciate your posts in groups like this one, then they
are such extraordinary cowards that they are not worth listening to -
because not one of them has come forward in your support in public.

Feel free to make such posts in appropriate groups - there are many on
Usenet. I have no problem with people talking about their faith, or
trying to convince others about it. I don't even have a problem with
/occasional/ off-topic discussions in technical arenas - as long as they
are rare, not abusive (i.e., you don't get to say people are possessed
by the devil, or show prejudice or spread hate), and are formed as a
discussion rather than a series of monologues with youtube links and
quotations. If I thought you were actually interested in teaching, or
learning, or discussing your religion and theology, I might be inclined
to discuss it in an appropriate newsgroup (I occasionally do so with
other people). But you have made it abundantly clear that you will not
answer questions, and you will not consider anything written by someone
else - there is no point in talking to someone who will not listen.

Unless you are changing your attitude, and invite to a /real/ discussion
in an appropriate Usenet group, I believe there is no more to say here.

The teaching goes out only to the (1) group. It is for those who
are being saved because only those who are being saved have been
changed by God to receive the message. Only those who are being
saved will be able to hear the message and receive it as valid.

It's why I wrote, "I'm sorry" a couple posts back.

Thank you,
