My Towers book has three versions of the BD519, namely BD519, BD519-1,
and BD519-2. All three are NPN, Vcb=80, Vce=80, Veb=4, Ic=2A, Tj=150C,
Ptot=10WC, Ftmin=50M, hfe=60MN, Hfe bias = 150mA, X17 package, pinout
= EBC. The BD520 is a complementary PNP transistor.
