Better sell at the right point. It will probably drop below the
value you bought at if he doesn\'t carefully craft his bullshit.

Everyone should boycott it and teach them all a lesson.

The chances Ricky ends up in a slave labor camp in Texas stamping SpaceX
fuel tank components within the next decade are pretty good, let the guy
enjoy his windfall while he can.

Tesla stock lost $114 billion today. It\'s 0.7 of its share price from
the November peak. Could be a lot worse, I guess; some SPAC stocks are
0.03.

I wonder how he\'ll pay for Twitter, if he was using his Tesla stock as
collateral to get loans for the cash. If he sold Tesla stock for cash,
he\'d have to pay the taxes, and the sales would collapse the share
value even more.

Yes, potential house of cards in a windstorm.

Well there\'s a difference between not-caring-about-money and not
expecting to be regularly provided for at all times.

My girlfriend doesn\'t expect to be regularly provided for, but certainly
cares about money! She\'s not the type of person to care if her man
drives a modest car or expensive car.

But if he drove a $40,000 car and asked her to spot him a hundred bucks
outside a dire emergency she\'d simply point to the car and say dryly
\"$40,000 car\" and leave it at that, she\'s a New Englander after all...

I do cabinet doors, curtain rods, toilet seats, things of that type. Not
much call to fix the home electronics owned by most millennials these
days, there\'s not much of it that\'s worth fixing. But it is a side
benefit I agree.

I met Mo at a gay bar. She told me that her MG Midget was running bad,
so we went outside to see. It was idling at 3000 RPM, which took
seconds to fix with my swiss army knife.

I just fixed a loose lamp socket on a cool old Tiffany lamp, with
Bondic. Great stuff for quick repairs. The LED bulbs don\'t get hot,
which makes using adhesive sensible.

Which is to say they are willing to flatter him, and don\'t care if the flattery they have to deliver is somewhat implausible.

> And the fact that I can fix things.

But do they stay fixed? My wife bought a couple of very cheap chairs which she liked, but weren\'t robust enough to survive her habit of tilting them back at odd angles.

I could put them back together, but they didn\'t stay fixed. Morticing in two extra struts meant that they lasted longer, but not all that long. Putting four long screws diagonally up through the struts into the chair legs has worked so far - the joints that were being flexed now don\'t seem to flex enough to come apart, but I\'m going to wait a bit before I do it to any of the other chairs.
