Hi,

I went through Malvino's _Electronic Principles_ but I want I book of
that calibur that focuses on MOSFETs, JFETs and the like. Any
pointers?

I have no idea if it's still in print but Nelson TEC Books'
"Electronics", ISBN 0177411236 explains semiconductors in general and
then goes on to explain FETs.
