I need the pinout information for a Mitsubishi
PROM, the type number is M54730AP.
I believe this device is no obsolete.
I have searched the web without a result.
Can anyone help, please?

Hi!

According to my Data I/O device list, the Mitsu 54730 is a FAM/PIN
0B5/002, which would make it a 32x8 device, equivalent (in terms of
reading - NOT in programming) to an 82S123 or 82S23, depending if it's
tri-state or open collector respectively.
