Yes, I think so.

Well, that can be anything. Case identification,
temperature grade, speed grade...whatever.

Maybe you find more info on the manufacturers homepage,
how their numbering system works. I know, there is no datasheet
for the 65SC51, but maybe a search for "numbering" or similar
can turn up some info.
