Looking for Low Cost 4 (8) Bit mcu's that include LCD+SPI+IO

hi all,

I'am looking for 4 or 8 bit mcu's - OTP versions - that
do include:

-- an LCD controller and ~ 32 IO + an SPI port?
-- a controller with SPI or UART + 40 .. 50 IO's

Are these controllers available for 1..2US$/1000 pieces

Check Microchip, Atmel and TI (for the '430). Digging through their
websites is up to you. There are probably also versions of the 8051
with this combination of features, but I only use the 8051 under duress.
