Just creating a Website about SMPS design, repeat?

I think my news server may be up the Duff.

Distant cheering.

Ho Hum, As it says I'm putting together a website on the
subject of SMPS design. Basics through, ultimately, to
complexics.

You can have a look at

http://genome.dna.tripod.com/

If you feel that way inclined.

It's just a start, sometimes the piccies don't appear. They
are there, tripod loses them every so often. Try refresh.

Looks good. Site is a bit slow. Be patient and the pics appear.

The good news is that nothing is compulsory.
The bad news is that everything is prohibited.

There has to be one!

No it doesn't....... and wot you going to do about it.

Indeed it ultimately should have. Resonant mode conversion
too.

At the moment I am learning to hand carve html. Just the
basics for now, they are listed under the heading 'basics'.
It's meant to run from beginners upwards.

There has to be one!
This sentence about Cuk and Sepic made me come back to your site and finally
see that there's a "contents" button. I missed it three times 'cause it
don't have the look of a button, is not at the place of a button and don't
have an explicit enough caption. I simply just thought there was a left
space betwheen the "contents" and the adverts for future contents.

Looks Good. If you want to host it on a real site I could lend you a little
space. ASP.net webserver, so no unix stuff. Just html and asp if you are
really keen.

Thanks for the offer. I'll stick with tripod for now, I'm not really an
asp sort of person and this is just a have a go every so often type of
thing.

I think it happens when tripod is updating mirrors or some such.

I've made some of the pictures 'smaller'. I'll look what I can do with
the others.

No prob. BTW, no need for asp, can use plain ol' html.

This was stuck in the outbox:

<div align="center">
<IFRAME
SRC="http://ln.doubleclick.net/adi/bottom.ln/tripod;h=misc;sz=728x90;
!category=adult;!category=sexualovertones;ord=122076114023696?"
width=728 height=90 frameborder=0 border=0 marginheight=0
marginwidth=0 vspace=0 scrolling=no></IFRAME>
<br />
</div>

That's an interesting ad script there. I guess my proxy filter got
rid of it and I didn't see the picture. I was snooping around
because I can't friggin' read and I thought

"I Used These to Make This" said

"I Used to Make This"

and was going to help you fix yer link.

Ok... Ok.... I've finished of the first bit about buck converters
(convertors?) and printed it out. I'll go through it.

Thanks for catching them, don't suppose you'd care to check my sums?

The adds get stuck in there by Tripod so they are kind of beyond my
control. I might get bored with the flashing IQ rubbish and request
quality stuff(?) As to dodgy things.......

The concept of 'doubleclick' yuck.
