This mechanism is very simple and employs usage of simple sensors and
Hydraulic arrangement.
It doesn't look simple to me - you don't need a gear pump and a bunch of
real heavy hydraulics to make a bike stand.

Besides, you haven't actually provided a specification - all you've said
is "what if I add some rams to a bike?".
