Identify Components

I have a driver board out of a console of a Toshiba IES610 molding
machine.
I am trying without success to identify 2 components.
A diode that is marked 30 4.1 T and a transistor in a TO-220 package
simply marked d799. The board number is H01204-2

Any help would be appreciated.

The D799 is a 2SD799, an NPN darlington 600V 6A.
