I am looking for integrated optical transceivers transmitting and/or
receiving at 1.3/1.55 microns. The emitter should be a laser diode and
the receiver can be either a PIN or a APD. The fibre should be a
single standard singlemode fibre. The bit rate should be 155, or
better, 622 Mbps.
I already have some info about the following manufacturers: AT&T,
SIEMENS, AMP, MITSUBISHI, ATI .
Does anybody know other references?
