I´m a time traveller from the future , but my time machine was badly
damaged during a temporal energy storm and now I´m stuck in 2004.

I want back into the year 2103 , but I´m not experienced in 2004
technology.

What do I need do fix my time-machine ?

Come up with some stock quotes from 2004 to 2054, and then maybe we'll talk
about it.

Sorry, you are stuck here for life.

Obviously you cant get back to the year 2103, otherwise you could travel
back after you get back to repair the problem you have now.

I know that maybe you have sub miniature reactors in every
home in the clouds and real-estate on the moon.
how ever, i do have a solution to your problem. i purchased
a brick of DURAKING AA Ak cells for a good deal for $6.00 bucks!
translated to you currency rates calculating the rate of
inflation that should be aprox $1500 dollars your time! just a
drop in the bucket for you i know.
i think these cells little and low on power as they may be for
our time should fuel your highly efficient craft to your time zone
even with the sustained damage that you have accrued materializing
in our time.
if you don't have proper currency to purchase these fine cells i
will offer you a loan at 5%, by the time my great grand kids make it to
that year you can thus pay off the loan and make them very happy!
Thank you for your business and happy travailing back to the future!

Find Al Gore. After all, he invented the internet!!! Surely HE can
help you.

Just go prospecting in Canada, with a Geiger Counter, there's about
four RTG generators from Mars 96 stuck in the permafrost if anyone can
be bothered to go looking.

(with your advanced measuring equipment you should have no problems
finding them)

What, did you find one at a garage sale for fifty cents, and carried it
home on your bike?

I'm waiting for the disclaimers about how the novice should not try
to repair their own time machine. The poster clearly shows a lack of
knowledge, since everyone knows that time machiens only go back in time.
You have to make your way back to the future some other way. One publicized
scheme, in Heinlein's "Door Into Summer", was going for a cryogenic
freeze to get back to the future. It's kind of amusing that we've already
passed the "future" that is being talked about.

And nobody has gave any auxiliary warnings, about not disturbing anything
in the present, because it will kill the poster's grandfather and the
poster will disappear from view. Come to think of it, has anyone checked
to see if the original post has disappeared? A sure sign that he has already
altered the future.

I had the same problem. What I found was that the transcap on
the bottom of the flex polaris generator was bad. All you need to do
is take the transcap off, use superglue to repair the crack and
replace it. But be carefull..if you overtighen it, then you will not
only have to replace the whole flex polaris generator, but also the
invariant warp transducer. Good luck.

You need time (and good clock technology). Unfortunately, but if I remember correctly, all of the software fixes in our current technology to correct the millenium bug only allows clocks to now go to 2050 or thereabouts before screwing up again (less if you're using windows technology which will wrap you back to the 1700's somewhere). Depending on how old you are and the geriatric medical technology of the time frame around 2050, you may be able to get there using today's technology, and then live out the rest. It's just a good thing that you didn't end up in 1990!

And without even a make or model. Amazing! :)

THats right. If you could fix it, you would travel back to the time
just before it broke and prevent the problem from happening.
Therefore you wouldn't have written this. Looks like your screwed.

Get real! Everyone knows the flux capacitor went out of production in 2032. I
doubt his is an antique time machine. :)

Well time machines have been around since H.G. Well's time. Maybe they never
improved? Or the post is from an antique collector, who seeks out
ancient time machines and restores them. He was doing a test on this
one, but he missed something, and hence the failure.

You need to go see a guy named Calvin Klien and get your flux capacitor
serviced .
You would be better off in 1959 anyway

Perhaps, but without a make and model, we can't give specific information.
And the consequences of following something that applies to the wrong
model. Well, I shudder to even think about that! :)
