HM6264 LP-70 64kbit SRAM datasheet

Hi all,
I'm looking for a datasheet for the HM6462LP-70 64kbit 70ns SRAM chip.
Other markings of the chip are:
A logo that seems to spell HMC,
series of mumbers and letters at the bottom, ^0237A C29AA, where "^" is a
triangle.
Of course there is also the part number in the middle, HM6264LP-07

So the part from the top has the following arrangement of letters:
HMC
HM6264LP-70
^0237A C29AA

If anyone wants to get in contact with me, it probably best to email me at
