What's the highest priced single antique collectible transistor you can
remember seeing? I've seen the old CKs go for up to #30 to $40, but I
can't remember any recent single one getting up to this much.

The seller Owegoan just had another batch of transistors from Lou Garner
estate come to an end on Ebay, and they all went for more than $25
apiece. I guess the provenance helps to raise the price somewhat.
