ZD on the legend suggets it's a zener. 7.5 volts maybe ? Just a guess.

Actually the diode on this board is fine, but the same diode on the
other board is not. So i want to identify it and find the replacement.

The specific P/N shouldn't matter. Just get the
highest wattage 7.5 V zener that fits. For
example, Mouser part #621-SMAZ7V5-F is a likley
candidate.

Why don't you measure the zener voltage on the good one then ?
