Help identify a dual modulus PLL IC

Hi all,

It's marked D3827G002 in a 16 pin SOIC and is used in an AMPS RX chain

Pins identified so far:

PIN 1 Ref / 64
PIN 2 Ref / 64
PIN 3 Clock Data or Strobe
PIN 4 Clock Data or Strobe
PIN 5 Clock Data or Strobe
PIN 6 5V
PIN 7 REF IN (15.36MHz)
PIN 8
PIN 9
PIN 10
PIN 11
PIN 12
PIN 13 GND
PIN 14 From Prescaler (?)
PIN 15 Modulus Select out (?)
PIN 16

Date code is around 1990.

Any pointers to a data sheet or a programming guide will be most
welcome.

FWIW, it's probably an NEC uPD3827G-002.
