electrical specs on SD5101 quad FET (14 pin DIP)?

Does anyone have the electrical specifications for an SD5101 quad FET,
which is packaged in a 14-pin DIP? Nine of these are used on the DEC
M8018 writable control store module for an LSI-11, to interface between
the MOS-level microinstruction bus and the TTL-level logic and memory on
the module.

I'm not sure of the manufacturer of the part, though it might be
Siliconix or Calogic. From the schematic, it appears to be a quad
N-channel enhancement mode FET, with the pinout:

drain gate
FET 1 1 3
FET 2 7 5
FET 3 8 10
FET 4 14 12

common source, pin 4
common substrate, pin 11

I found out that it is a Signetics part, listed in the data book
"Signetics D-MOS Data" (undated). It is similar to the SD5000 and SD5001,
except that all four FET sources are common, and the minimum threshold
voltage is 0.5V, vs. 0.1V for the SD5000/5001. The higher minimum
threshold allows it to be driven directly by TTL.

The specs seem quite similar to the SD211 single FET.

It appears that a suitable non-pin-compatible replacement might be the
Calogic SD5300 or the Supertex TN0604WG.
